Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the level of administrative performance at the Open University of Sudan to managers and heads of departments, program coordinators, directors of institutes and centers in educational areas and to identify obstacles to the quality of administrative performance from their point of view.

The importance of this research is that it deals with a very important subject which is the administrative performance of the university and ways of developing it in the light of the principles of quality management, which will help in the application of quality management during the practice of administrative work to improve and develop and the results of this research helps in the development through workshops.

The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach because it fits with this study.

The main findings are: - The belief and awareness of the team to improve performance.

- To improve performance, administrative competencies must be available.

- Attention to the continuous training of all members of the departments in the form of inevitable or seasonal courses.

- Work to win the satisfaction of beneficiaries.

- Gain job satisfaction for all employees of the departments and enhance the outstanding ones.

- Attention to the implementation of decisions issued.
