The study aimed to identify the level of Achievement Motivation among Al-Hussein Bin Talal university students and its relation with some Demographic Factors.
A random sample of study has been selected consisted of (268) male and female.
The tool of the study included two parts; the first one includes the Demographic information, gender, academic specialization, home place and the level income a family, and the second part includes the measure of Achievement Motivation.
The results indicated of that students have medium level of Achievement Motivation, and there was no difference in Achievement Motivation between male and female students.
And there was no difference in the level of Achievement Motivation between students attributed to the academic specialization or the home place students.
And there was a difference in the level of Achievement Motivation between students attributed to the family income; in favor of students from low- income there for .the study recommended development program should be prepared for building Achievement Motivation of university students.
