In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed the questionnaire tool and verified its validity and consistency, which consisted of (25) Distributed to the sample of the study (137) of faculty members in the faculties of the south of the University of Balqa Applied, The study found that the level of faculty professional development in the community colleges was average.

In the first place was the field of university teaching at a high level followed by the field of community service at an average level, .

The study also found statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender variable on the level of faculty professional development in the community colleges at the macro class (professor) and category (associate professor).
