The studies and scientific researches that dealt with different subjects have tried on the abilities of imagination and imagination and mechanisms of installation and how to build it when the artist in the taking of an important area of knowledge and aesthetic specialization , as the development of science and progress has become clear the need for the possibility of control and guidance and development of fantasy or the structure of mental images that the artist calls from memory to intervene In the process of analytical intentional result resulting in creative work, which means that there is a possibility in leading and directing these images mentally and from the circle of imagination, which establishes a system of artistic imagination of the creative artist.

Based on the above, the researcher found the establishment of the problem of his research is to search for imagination and innovation in the students of the Department of Art Education, who produce various technical projects.

This is the current research goal to: Exploring the imagination and innovation in the students of the Department of Art Education for the year 2015-2016, so the researcher followed the analytical descriptive method to achieve the goal of research as the most scientific methods appropriate to achieve the goal of research.

The research community consists of the graduates of the graduation projects in the fourth grade, the University of Baghdad, the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Department of Art Education, for theacademic year 2015-2016 ,the number of (64) students completed (64) art work in the field of drawing sizes and various materials implemented in colors (oil, acrylic, collage, and other materials .The main conclusions are: 1-Experiments and attempts by students of art education through the use of various raw materials have created a kind of imagination andinnovation in the structure of artistic achievement.

2-There is a need for the possibility of guidance and development offantasy and the mental image structure required by students of arteducation from their memory to engage in the process of analyticalintentional Aradaya produced on the basis of an innovative work of art.
