Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of the teaching staff's use of the e-learning management system (Black Bord) at Faculty of Education, Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University.

Based on the study's goals and questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the study goals.

A questionnaire consisting of (40) paragraphs was designed and it was applied to the study sample (41) member of the faculty of "Men" at Faculty of Education at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University, who taught during the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019, and the researcher found the following results: the use of the Black Board system came With an average degree.

The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average responses of the study sample from the staff members towards the use of the Black Board system attributed to the variable of the academic degree.

There were also no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average responses of the study sample from the staff members towards the use of the Black Board system, attributed to the variable of experience.

The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average responses of the study sample from staff members towards the use of the Black Board system attributed to the variable of training courses in favor of the group that were trained to use the Blackboard system.
