Abstract EN

The current study investigated the relationship between the reality of the professional development of the kindergarten department demonstrators and their evaluation of the pre-school curricula.

Furthermore, the study examined the reality of the kindergarten demonstrators experience in the pre-school curricula and the most important pre-school curriculain the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The results of the study revealed a number of results as follows: The degree of approval of the study participants concerning the reality of the professional development of the kindergarten department demonstrators in keeping up with the pre-school curricula was (65% ).

The degree of approval of the study participants concerning the reality of the professional development of the kindergarten demonstrators in the self-learning curriculum (the developed curriculum) was (78% ) which considered the highest degree of approval among the participants concerning the developed curriculum.

The results of the study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the study participants in the light of their qualifications (bachelor's degree - Master's degree in the professional development of the Montessori curriculum) in favor of the masters' degree holders.
