أزمة نظام الأوامر الجزائية في التشريع اليمني : دراسة تأصيلية تقييمية مقارنة

Abstract EN

The penal orders system is concerned as one of the modem developments in the penal justice .

Most of the modern laws comprised it , also the Yemeni law maker comprised it for the first time in the law n.17 for 1980, and n.17 for 1994 .

It was found out from this study that this system despite its importance .was confronted by ignoring from the Yemeni penal law learned , also found that it is in problem from the disciplining.

Finally ,this study determines the solutions of that problem , which combines : 1) Delete the law n.17 for 1994 ,and relay its rules to the common penal law .

2 ) This subjects should be studied in the faculty' of law .

3 ) Focusing on training those who participate this system .
