Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the practicing degree of the deputies of public education schools in Dhamar city schools in Yemen to their Tasks.

The researcher has made use the descriptive survey approach and a list of tasks consisted of (50) tasks, produced in a form of questionnaire applied over (64) principals.

The research data was collected during the year school (2016-2017).

The research shows that he practicing degree of the deputies of public education schools to their tasks was high in general and there are no statistical significant differences between the research sample appreciations to practicing degree of the deputies of public education schools in Dhamar city schools for their tasks and this may refers to the following 3 variables (qualification, years of experience, training courses).
