This research aims to contemplate the Arabic parts of speech as shown in the introduction of Sebaweih's Book.
Due to methodological necessities, this contemplation my also include texts from that book and from other books of grammarians who came after Sebaweih so as to show the similarities and differences of their views with those of Sebaweih.
