Through this research, we follow one of the most prominent phenomena in the Arabic language and the Ottoman painting of the Holy Quran, the phenomenon of separation and connection, through studying its linguistic roots and tracing its causes and purposes in the Ottoman drawing, using an analytical descriptive approach showing the extent of manifestations of separation and connection On the vocal and semantic side of the Ottoman painting of the Holy Quran
