يتضمن هذا البحث دراسة و تحقيقا لمخطوط : (الصارم المبيد لمنكر حكمة التقليد) لمفتي المالكية الشيخ محمد علي بن حسين المكي المالكي (1367هـ) و هو كتاب في مسألة من مسائل علم أصول الفقه تحدث فيه المؤلف عن حكم التقليد و حكمته و قد أراد الباحث نشر المخطوط لأنه لم يحقق من قبل و لم يطبع و لم ينشر و لم يحظ بدراسة أكاديمية جادة فأنجز هذا البحث الذي يتضمن دراسة للمخطوط و ذلك تمهيدا لتحقيقه تحقيقا علميا و نشره و طباعته فاشتمل البحث على مبحثين و خاتمة تضمنت التعريف بالمؤلف و التعريف بالمخطوط كما خرج البحث بجملة من النتائج المفيدة و التوصيات المهمة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث..
Abstract EN
This research consist of a study and investigation of the manuscript: (alssarim almubid lmunkir hikmat altaqlid), by Sheikh Muhammad Ali bin Hussein al-Maliki al-Maliki (1367h), in the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, the researcher saw the importance of publication of the manuscript, because of that he wrote this research, that consists the introduction of the Author and an introduction of the manuscript, overall, the research enhanced on many progressive outcomes that are valuable in the field of this research.
