هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الوكالات السياحية العاملة بولاية سكيكدة حول أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تطوير تنافسية الخدمة السياحية و لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على (40) عامل بالوكالات محل الدراسة و تم الاعتماد في ذلك على برنامج (SPSS) من أجل القيام بالتحليل الإحصائي متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة و تنافسية الخدمة السياحية
Abstract EN
The objectif of the study was to know the trends of the tourism agencies operating in the state of skikda on the impact of the application of TQM in a questionnaire was prepared for this purpose of collecting data and distributing it (40) to the sample members of the study sample.
Following the descriptive analytical approach (SPSS) for the same purpose.
The study found Statistically significant effect relationship between TQM and the competitiveness of the tourism service.
