In our study, we aim at highlighting the effectiveness of agricultural support programs in the development and improvement of agricultural production in the state of Biskra, ie, the extent to which agricultural investment support programs affect the agricultural production in Biskra? , After experiencing the most important agricultural reforms carried out by Algeria since 2000, we concluded with the most positive impact of agricultural support on plant and animal production in Biskra State during the period 2010-2017.

The state benefited from a financial envelope exceeding 10 billion dj for farmers by investment funds And we concluded that the state is characterized by three strategic people that must be paid attention to and give it a decent place, which could be one of the alternatives development outside the oil sector.
