Abstract EN

The purpose of this Study was to identify the importance of use the information and communication technology (ICTs) in the delivery of government services, known as the E-government project his project has emerged because of the increasing use of Internet networks and the development of the knowledge economy.

This Study also aimed to identify the requirements and factors of success of this project.

This study presented the experience of the Emirate of Dubai in establishing the e-government project.

And determine the factors of success of this experiment in reducing the costs of government services, where Dubai considered the second largest emirate in the United Arab Emirates, and it is the first e-government in the Middle East, and achieved high positions in the United Nations report of 2018.
