This study aims to make Omar ben Omar Group aware of the importance of the authentic leadership style, and try to find the answer of the problematic: To what extent does the authentic leadership and its dimensions contribute to Preserving human capital in the pasta branch? And using SPSS 23 program, based on the analysis of the responses of a sample of 69 workers in the branch under study.

we concluded that Values and Ethics are the most important dimensions of authenticity contributing to maintaining human capital in pasta branch, the leadership authenticity affects in appositive and really high degree on Preserving the human capital, which can be raised to a higher level than that latter, by focusing leaders on displaying high self-awareness and transparency to enhancing the confidence of employees in their leaders, thus stimulating their association with work in the branch.
