The University as a high-level educational institution it always working to prepare qualified cadres and strengthening the scientific research required by the process of scientific and technological progress in any society and its development and expanding and spreading the limits of knowledge , and the confrontating the immediate problems and challenges facing society, as well as predecting future challenges, which are mainly due to the nature of the category they occupy : the group of student , which represents the future if science and culture.

University has a role in achieving a scientific renaissance and development in society, so all nations take care of their young university students by employing their potential, and exploiting their abilities, in developing their self-confidence(which creates their responsibility towards their society) and remove the obstacles that stand in the way of their progress and their success, it dispelling the climate of pressure and distress and tension, to reach the achievement and embodiment of their non- realized ambitions and desires by affecting the personalitie of students through their scientific educate , the university certainly realize in the first and last that its survival and continuity is linked to the adoptof communital and environmental activities in its managemant strategy and pedagogic programs, because of its role in enhancing and strengthening its place in society.
