Abstract EN

The objectif of this study is to highlight the theoretical and practical aspect of unconventional monetary policy by addressing the evolution of its concept and analyzing its development through the analysis of the Krugman model, which has the fundamental development in the theoretical and practical concept of the effectiveness of monetary policy especially when economies are in the liquidity trap.

So in this model Krugman criticized ; Keynesian theory which was considered the conventional monetary policy is ineffective in the event of a liquidity trap.
