Abstract EN

The topic of our research is related to the relationship between law and ethics, as the essence of the idea of law in general and criminal law in particular lies in the latter but mainly deals with the most serious forms of violation of the moral standards and the values on which they are based.

Then it comes to the social facts that confirm the existence of a marked difference in the levels of individual and collective commitment to these standards as a result of negative or positive social change and change.

If we combine this with the constancy of the relative law, the outcome would be a statutory impotence and poverty, a negative distinction between the criminal text and its purpose for which it was found.

Hence, the motive was to describe the relationship between the law and the level of ethical standards prevailing in society at a specific political and economic time and circumstance in preparation for analyzing that relationship in its dynamic state, leading to a more flexible and effective criminal organization.
