The multiplicity of faiths or doctrinal sayings in islam legislation is a healthy phenomenon, according to what the jurists inherited from a rich juristics with compagnons, followers and imams of the doctrine school of thought and this and this enabled the successor to choose the best sayings with the best known vision, and even if this choice is from within or outside the doctrine school, and this research is to explain this process in how to deal with controversial jurisprudential issues, with a reference showing its ruling and knowledge methods in its, regulating and adjusting them in terms of rooting and perception, witch allows the jurists to understand the source reference of judgements so that is better to deal or address the new developments of people from contemporary branches and juristic dilemmas.
