The study aimed to determine the ability of the list of reading difficulties to diagnose them in the fourth elementary school in the city of Saida school This is compared to Fathi Al-Zayati's scale of reading difficultie ,he employed the comparative descriptive method , for a sample of 322 pupils ,the statistics were treated with a, With correlation coefficients, alpha, Byrson, Sberman test "t", frequency, percentages, the results showed that the list is capable of diagnosis, more comprehensive and accurate, and that there are a number of symptoms of reading learning difficulties, the reading includes confusion in the meanings of words, fear of reading readers, difficulty of distinguishing between words with solar and red dreams, difficulty of hinging, the list also revealed that 106 pupils had difficulties learning the average reading, and 61 pupils had difficulties learning the hard reading, while Fathi Al-Zayat's standard revealed only 16 pupils with medium reading difficulties, the number of people with severe difficulties is 2.
