Determining the legal controls of the international commercial arbitrator raises many problems related to legal issues that are worthy of consideration.

Qualification and selection of the arbitrator.

If the arbitrator is considered to be the person to whom the parties have the power to adjudicate their litigation, his judgment in the dispute before him shall be binding on the parties.

An arbitrator in this capacity is a person who separates a tree between the litigants by virtue of an authoritative verdict once the judgment is issued.

Because of the importance of the arbitrator and his place came the study to determine the controls of the selection of the arbitrator in Algerian legislation compared with the provisions of the Egyptian Arbitration Law.
