Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the impact of modernizing the Algerian administration in improving the public service by activating the reform efforts of public administration, regulating the relation between the central administration and the local administration, and implementing the electronic administration, which positively reflects the relation of the administration to the citizen.

The services it provides, and contributes to the development of local administrations as the main element regulating the relation between the administration and the citizen.
