Abstract EN

This study aimed at finding out obstacles facing the use of banking electronic series in operating banks in Palestine.

It also aimed to know the role of some of variables like gender, age, scientific qualification, nature of work, in obstacles of using banking electronic services, in the operating banks in Palestine.

To achieve the objectives, researchers used the field decretive method, by selecting a sample consisted of (1327) individuals, the researchers distributed questioners to the sample which consisted of (55) clauses distributed to five fields.

The study reached that obstacles degree of using the banking electronic services in operating banks in Palestine was between high and low.

It also found differences in obstacles for using banking electronic services in operating banks in Palestine at all fields of the study except field technical and technological obstacles, also found the presence of differences with statistical significance in obstacles of using the banking electronic services attributed to gender, age, scientific qualification, nature of work, the nature of banks work, nationality of bank, year of establishment and registration in the stock exchange.

Based on the results the researchers recommended increasing limit of cash deposited and withdrawing on the automated money exchange devices, increasing the awareness of the banks’ clients about the ways of using banking automated services, imposing additional commissions on using the traditional banking services to create a stimuli to move from traditional ways to the electronic ways of using banking services.
