There is no doubt that the place has assumed an important place in the mythological texts of the peoples of Mesopotamia, and its presence depends on the good investment of the narrator, to take a variety of different meanings of the different narrated texts, which reveal the aesthetic value that make mythology unique, and its importance can be illustrated by a deep consideration of the structure of the text as an interrelated work.

The diversity of places and the plurality of spaces refer to real places, which are mainly linked to the visions of intellectual personalities.

The place is one of the most important effective elements of storytelling that are employed within the legendary narrative structure, because it is the horizontal space in which the events take place, and the use of place has its own significance, whether real or imaginary, thus contributing through its structure and characteristics in the formation of the narrative texture of the Mesopotamia peoples' myths.
