It is concerned with the language problems and difficulties encountered by the language and seeks to solve them, and take all appropriate means to implement the language policy, as the latter have a direct relationship to linguistic planning, The decisions of the author, and the actual procedural application, means the relationship continued and followed, the linguistic planning follows the policy, and the latter follow the linguistic planning between them if the relationship of complementarity and complement each other.
