Contemporary organizations face many challenges and difficulties in how to keep up with the rapid developments and successive changes, which have been left behind by the tremendous technological advances of this latter forcing organizations to change their goals, plans and commitment to find modern methods and strategies characterized by creativity and innovation to adapt to them.

The refore, the need to employ the strategy and skills of creative thinking and to provide the right environment for its crystallization and development is a necessary requirement for all organizations, especially in higher education institutions, which are educational and service organizations with the highest objectives that they strive to achieve.

The refore, this study aims to identify the degree to which university management staff practice creative thinking strategies from the point of view of the staff themselves.

The researchers used the descriptive approach and questionnaire tool to collect data from the estimated 70 employees of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University.

The study found that the staff of the university administration at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University practice the strategy of authenticity, intellectual fluency strategy, and problem-solving strategy to a large extent from their point of view.
