Rhetoric has an important place in the teaching of branches of the Arabic language, especially at the secondary level, as it represents a tributary of the literary or communicative text, because of its contribution to the balance of the personality of the learner, and our goal through this study is to research the nature of rhetoric in education from the scientific and technical angles.

We have come to the point of combining the two characters in the teaching of rhetoric, since it is necessary for the learner — especially at the beginning of the learning of rhetoric — to know the disciplines, standards and terminology, as well as to practice the commentary, and to taste in order to develop a rhetorical sense.
