هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية الحديثة في الوقاية من جائحة كورونا و بعد معالجة الإشكالية و اختبار فرضيات الدراسة التطبيقية على بطاقة الدفع الإلكتروني الذهبية التي تطرحها مؤسسة بريد الجزائر توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني التي تقدمها البطاقة الذهبية يساهم في تجنب الاحتكاك و الطوابير داخل مكاتب البريد و يشجع الناس على المكوث في المنازل بإجراء المعاملات عن بعد كدفع الفواتير تحويل الأموال.

Abstract EN
The study aimed to find how the modern E-payment instruments contribute in preventing the Corona virus pandemic.
After testing hypotheses of the applied study on electronic payment card Edhahabia issued by Algeria post , the study found that using the electronic payment services provided by this card contribute to avoiding friction and queues inside post offices, and people are encouraged to stay at home by conducting remote transactions such as paying bills, transferring money, etc.
Also, reduce considerably the risk of trading cash currencies that may be infested.

L'étude visait à découvrir comment les instruments de E-paiement modernes contribuent à prévenir la pandémie du virus Corona.
Après avoir testé les hypothèses de l'étude appliquée sur la carte de paiement électronique Edhahabia émise par la poste algérienne, l'étude a révélé que l'utilisation des services de paiement électronique fournis par cette carte contribuait à éviter les frictions et les files d'attente à l'intérieur des bureaux de poste, et les gens sont encouragés à rester à domicile en effectuant des transactions à distance telles que le paiement de factures, le transfert d'argent, etc.
En outre, réduisent considérablement le risque de négocier des devises qui peuvent être infestées.
