تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تبني المؤسسات الصحية للأسبقيات التنافسية من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عدد من المؤسسات الخاصة بولاية البويرة شملت عينة مكونة من خمسة و ستون (65) فردا من المسيرين لها توصلت الدراسة إلى أن سيطرة فئة الاطباء على تسيير هذه المؤسسات أدى إلى عدم الاهتمام بأسلوب واضح لتبني الأسبقيات التنافسية مع تركيزهم أكثر على أسبقية التسليم و الجودة
Abstract EN
This study aims to know the reality of the application of competitive priorities in health institutions, Through an exploratory study by distributing a questionnaire to a intentional sample of 65 managers of private institutions in Bouira.The study found that the dominance of physicians in the management of these institutions led to a lack of attention in a clear way to adopt competitives priorities, with greater emphasis on priority delivery and quality.

Cette étude vise à connaître la réalité de l’adoption des établissements aux priorités concurrentielles, à travers une étude exploratoire en distribuant un questionnaire sur un échantillon de (65) gestionnaires dans d'établissements de santé privés à Bouira, L'étude a conclu qu'il n'y a pas une méthode claire d'adopter les priorités concurrentielles parce que la majorité des gestionnaires de ces établissements sont des médecins, Ils sont également basés beaucoup plus sur la priorité de qualité et la priorité de prestation.
