تلعب المقاولة المصغرة للصناعات التقليدية و الحرف دور فعال في تحقيق أهداف الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية التي تسعى إليها الجزائر.
لكنها تواجه العديد من المعوقات و التحديات خاصة فيما يرتبط بالدعم و التمويل المالي لهذا نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة إبراز دور الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر في توفير التمويل لهذا النوع من المؤسسات و ذلك باستخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة من المؤسسات المصغرة ممولة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر.
و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن رغم هذا الدور التمويلي للوكالة إلا أنها ما زالت غير فعالة في تنشيط و تفعيل هذا النوع من المؤسسات و من ثم تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المحلية و بث روح المقاولاتية
Abstract EN
The micro-enterprises of traditional industries play an effective role in achieving the economic and social goals pursued by Algeria.
However, it faces many obstacles and challenges, especially with regard to support and financial financing.
We are trying through this study to highlight the role of the National Agency for Microcredit Management in providing funding for this type of institution, using the questionnaire tool on a sample of microfinance institutions funded by the National Agency for Loan Management The mini.
The results of the study concluded that despite this funding role of the agency, it is still ineffective in revitalizing and activating this type of institution and then achieving the requirements of local development and spreading the spirit of contracting.

Les micro-entreprises des industries traditionnelles jouent un rôle efficace dans la réalisation des objectifs économiques et sociaux poursuivis par l'Algérie.
Cependant, il fait face à de nombreux obstacles et défis, notamment en ce qui concerne le soutien et le financement.
Nous essayons à travers cette étude de mettre en évidence le rôle de l'Agence Nationale de Gestion du Microcrédit dans le financement de ce type d'Entreprise, en utilisant l'outil questionnaire sur un échantillon de microentreprises financé par l'Agence Nationale de Gestion des Crédits.
Les résultats de l'étude ont conclu que malgré le rôle de financement de l'agence, les microentreprises ont encore inefficace pour revitaliser et activer ce type d'Entreprise, puis répondre aux exigences du développement local et diffuser l'esprit Entrepreneurial.
