Abstract EN

This study seek to detect the effect of the qualifications of managers of small and medium enterprises on the use of some management tools, and how these qualifications effect in one way or another using the questionnaire to survey the views of the study sample, where 37 forms were distributed to managers of small and medium enterprises in Bouira, they active in various sectors, we retrieved 31 form, and use in the study, the unilateral variance analysis to show the impact of these qualifications on the use of management tools.

The study found that there is no effect on personal qualifications on the use of some management tools.

Cette étude cherche à mettre en évidence l’impacte de qualifications des dirigeants de petites et moyennes entreprises sur l’utilisation de certains outils de management et la manière dont ces qualifications affectent d’une manière ou d’autre, 37 formulaire ont été distribué à des dirigeants de petites et moyennes entreprises de la wilaya de Bouira, active dans différents secteurs, 31 formulaire ont été récupérés et l’étude a utilisé une analyse de variance unique pour déterminer l’effet de ces qualifications sur l’utilisation des outils de gestion et a montré qu’il n’y avait aucune effet sur les qualifications personnelles sur l’utilisation de certain outil de gestion.
