تعتبر السياحة من المجالات الاقتصادية الحيوية للكثير من الدول سواء المتقدمة أو النامية حيث تشكل واحدة من أحد أهم مصادر الدخل القومي بما توفره من عائدات سنوية و عوائد العملة الأجنبية و المشاركة بشكل كبير بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي و على اعتبار مصر من أبرز الدول السياحية في العالم بما تستحوذ عليه من مقومات طبيعية و تاريخية فهي تعمل جاهدة لتطوير قطاع السياحة من خلال جملة من القوانين و التشريعات من أجل جذب المستثمرين الأجانب و زيادة إمكانيات البلد للحصول على القدر اللازم من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي.
لذلك تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بمصر و علاقته بتطوير قطاع السياحة.
Abstract EN
Tourism is a vital economic area for many countries, both developed and developing, and is one of the most important sources of national income, with its annual revenues, foreign exchange earnings, significant participation in gross domestic product and the consideration of Egypt as one of the most prominent tourist countries.
In the world, with its natural and historical fundamentals, it strives to develop the tourism sector through a range of laws and legislations to attract foreign investors and increase the country's potential to obtain the necessary amount of foreign direct investment to promote the tourism sector.
This research paper aims to uncover the reality of foreign direct investment in Egypt and its relationship to the development of the tourism sector.

Le tourisme est un domaine économique vital pour de nombreux pays, développés et en développement, et est l'une des sources les plus importantes de revenu national, avec ses revenus annuels, ses recettes en devises, sa participation importante au produit intérieur brut et la considération de l'Égypte comme les pays touristiques les plus importants.
Dans le monde, avec ses fondamentaux naturels et historiques, il s'efforce de développer le secteur du tourisme à travers une série de lois et de législations pour attirer les investisseurs étrangers et augmenter le potentiel du pays à obtenir le montant nécessaire des investissements directs étrangers pour promouvoir le secteur du tourisme.
Ce document de recherche vise à découvrir la réalité de l'investissement étranger direct en Égypte et sa relation avec le développement du secteur du tourisme.
