Abstract EN

The study aims to determine the impact of e-management requirements application on human performance in bank institutions, study case Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development Badr-Tiart, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, we distributed a questionnaire to sample of 50 bank's employees, and we used SPSS22 to test the hypotheses and extract the results.

The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the technical, human and administrative electronic management requirements and the performance of the human element in banking institutions.

Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of providing and updating the emanagement requirements to improve and develop the performance of workers.
