Tourism has an important position among the services sector in many countries as one of the most important sources of sustainable development.

The development of the Internet has contributed to the globalization of tourism and has become a stand-alone industry through which countries compete to improve their service operations in order to attract the largest number of tourists.

Algeria, with its many tourism components and in the context of its quest for a global tourism map, has made efforts- after stabilizing the security situation- for the tourism sector in light of the challenges that prevent it from being promoted.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the possibilities available and to identify the obstacles that prevent them from developing with the proposed framework for the promotion of tourism in Algeria.
