Abstract EN

This study deals with one of the important topics related to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which is considered as a modern strategy that helped many developing countries to develop their economy because of their effective contribution in increasing the volume of investment, maximizing added-value and orbing unemployment.

98% which makes to create 2 655 470 jobs in 2017, it also has an active role to integrate with large enterprises in achieving economic and social activities and also contribute to maximizing the volume of exports.

Algeria has developed plans of development affecting the SME's sector; the most prominent is the rehabilitation plan, which has a significant financial envelope to promote those institutions.

Due to its importance in supporting the Algerian economy, we tried to highlight the nature of the relationship between qualification dimensions in its various forms and test its impact on competitiveness by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of Algerian SME's subject to this program, By using a package of statistical tools of the SPSS program they show us that is a strong impact to qualification dimensions on competitiveness, we were finally allowed to draw a set of conclusions and recommendations.
