انطلقت هذه الدراسة للبحث في الثقافة التنظيمية اعتمادا على أداة OCAIالتي تسمح بتحديد معالم وسمات الثقافة التنظيمية لأي مؤسسة إذ تمكن المؤسسة من التموقع بين أربعة أنواع من الثقافة التنظيمية: ثقافة المجموعة الثقافة الهرمية ثقافة السوق و ثقافة الإبداع هذا التموقع يسمح للمؤسسة بتحديد سلوك الأفراد.
و كذا ضبط طريقة تفكيرهم و سلوكهم و بالخصوص الوصول إلى جعل سلوك الأفراد لا إرادي أو شبه أتوماتيكي تجاه مختلف الحالات اليومية التي تواجههم أثناء العمل.
شملت الدراسة الميدانية 300 موظف ينتمون لمؤسسة MFG التي تعد رائدة في صناعة مختلف أنواع الزجاج في الجزائر
Abstract EN
This paper discusses the organizational culture using the OCAI tool, which allows defining the features and characteristics of the organizational culture, this tool permeates the organization to position itself among four types of organizational culture: group culture, hierarchical culture, market culture and culture of creativity.
This positioning helps the company to determine the behavior of its employees, In addition to adapting their thinking and in particular, to achieve an involuntary or semi-automatic individual's behavior face the various daily situations at work.
The field study involved 300 employees belonging to MFG Company, a leading manufacturer of various types of glass in Algeria.
