نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إلقاء الضوء على الدور الهام لقطاع التأمين الجزائري بالنسبة للاقتصاد الوطني الذي لا يزال يعاني من العديد من التحديات جراء استمراره على نفس المنوال منذ استرجاع الجزائر لسيادتها الوطنية في الوقت الذي يبقى قطاعا استراتيجيا كقطاع التأمين غير قادر على تطوير أدائه و كذا مساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني بسبب العديد من المشاكل و الصعوبات التي يواجهها هو الأخر لتعمل الحكومة الجزائرية على معالجتها في كل مرة بتبنيها لجملة من الإصلاحات التي نرغب في التعرف على مدى معالجتها للتحدي الرئيسي التي يواجهه القطاع و المتمثل في ضعف ثقافة التأمين.

Abstract EN
The insurance sector is the mainstay of any economy and its main engine for its important contribution to injecting capital into investments that can move the economy forward and the same for the Algerian economy, which is still suffering from many problems because it continues in the same way since Algeria restored its national sovereignty.
Strategic as the insurance sector is unable to develop its performance as well as its contribution to the national economy because of the many challenges it faces for the Algerian government to deal with every time it adopts a number of reforms which we wish to shed light on its role in addressing the To the main challenge faced by the sector and the weakness of the insurance culture.
