In this paper, I dealt with the overlap between the issues of ijtihad, which shows the overlap in its content, however, after careful examination, it appears that the delusional interference is not true; because the certainty of the variance between those overlapping positions, whether that relates to issues of ijtihad among its gender members, or between ijtihad issues with other issues than his gender, or related to overlapping issues of ijtihad on the fabrication side, however, after examining each overlap, I mentioned the impact it had on fundamentalist issues.
