Abstract EN

This study discusses the provisions relating to the adoption of Refugee Muslim Children in non-Muslim countries.

It will elucidate the meaning of Adoption and the related terms, then review the ruling on adoption in Islam and the wisdom of its prohibition, and extrapolate the reality of some adoption Western laws, And to define the necessity of adoption of refugee muslim children by the muslim families who reside there and its limits.

The study includes a preface and two sections, in the preface it will review the general concepts of this research and the provision of adoption in Islam.

The first section included the reality of adoption in Western laws, and the reality of refugee Muslim children, and the impact of adoption on children's religion and their future.

The second section discusses the necessity of Muslim families to adopt the refugee Muslim children, throughout clarifying this issue principles, and the rules governing it, and the researcher opinion and its controls.

finally, the researcher put the statement of the results and recommendations .

What is new in this study is that it deals with a modern contemporary issue.

As well as the absence of contemporary studies to address it.
