Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل التي تشجع تبني ممارسات إدارة المشاريع الرشيقة في المشاريع الإنشائية أو تعيق ذلك.

تضمنت المنهجية مراجعة الأدبيات، و الدراسات السابقة، و الدراسة الاستقصائية، و إجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع مديري مشاريع إنشاءات تم قبول ) ۱۸۸ ( استجابة من الاستبانة التي وزعت.

توصل البحث إلى وجود صعوبة في تطبيق الإدارة الرشيقة وحدها في المشاريع الإنشائية دون إدخال الإدارة التقليدية معها لضبط الأطر العامة للمشروع.

و عليه، تم تطوير نموذج عظمة السمكة لتطبيق الإدارة الهجينة.

و في الختام، يوصي الباحث بالتخلص من الإدارة التقليدية تدريجيا و إحلال الإدارة الهجينة محلها، و عقد دورات للتعريف بعقلية الرشاقة و كيفية الاستفادة منها لتمكين مديري المشاريع من استخدام الأدوات المتاحة بفاعلية و كفاءة أكبر و الاهتمام في بيئة المشاريع الإنشائية بتعزيز الثقة و الشفافية من خلال إعداد العقد ليتم العمل به كدليل تنفيذي.

أما فيما يتعلق بالمرحلة الانتقالية من الإدارة التقليدية الى الإدارة الهجينة، فيجب علينا البدء بمعرفة " لماذا" أولا و من ثم "كيف" ثانيا.

فإذا لم نعرف ما هي الفائدة المتحققة من هذا الانتقال، فلن نستطيع معرفة الكيفية التي تنتقل من خلالها.

English Abstract

This study aimed at evaluating the factors encouraging or hindering the adoption of agile practices in construction projects.

The methodology included reviewing the relevant literature and conducting an investigative study as well as personal interviews with a number of project managers.

(188) responses were accepted and analysed in response to the questionnaire distributed.

The research reached important results, the most important of which is the difficulty in applying agile management alone in construction projects without using traditional management along with it in order to control the project's general frames.

So, fishbone model has been developed to implement a hybrid management.

The researcher recommends that traditional approaches should be substituted by a new approach that is capable of dealing with changes; otherwise, losses will increase.

The new approach suggested is agility.

Other recommendations include paying attention to construction project environment, as well as focusing on reinforcing trust and transparency, through preparing the contract to be considered as an executive guide.

In the transitional phase from traditional management to hybrid management, we should first focus on the question: "why?" before moving to the question: "how?" Unless we know the benefits gained from this transition, we will not be able to know how it should be realized.
