The study aimed at identifying the type of relationship between the players of the ASO Chlef football team during training, leisure and competition.

The research sample consisted of 18 players for the ASO Chlef football team.

The researcher used the descriptive method to suit the nature of the research.

The results of the research that the social structure of the team was characterized by a lot of sequential relationships, a hallmark of this structure, and also resulted in a correlation in the tests of players in competition, training and leisure.
