English Abstract

Scrum is considered as a famous methodology of agile project management and a best practice for many companies to manage their projects; however, scrum is not applied by all the companies for some reasons on some environments.

In this thesis, some weakness points of Scrum will be provided that make it hard to be applied in some special cases and environments, noting that Scrum has no weakness points in its core, these points mostly appear in environments that have low resources and experience, and the exact points to analyze these issues will be shown and will try to find solutions for them by this thesis.

The literature review has provided many previous studies that were conducted with similar approaches related to the topic.

ScrumLER is a new Scrum version that has been proposed in this thesis.

From its name, it has been taken from Scrum for low experience and resources, and it resolved many weakness points that prevent Scrum from being applied into projects and companies.

Therefore, all the solutions have been used to provide this version of Scrum to be more efficient and more reliable on the low experience and resources.
