Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر رأس المال المعرفي المتمثل في رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكني، رأس المال الزبائني، رأس المال العملياتي على الأسبقيات التنافسية ( الكلفة الأقل، الجودة، الوقت، المرونة ) في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية في مدينة عمان تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في المستويات الإدارية ( مدير عام مدير دائرة رئيس قسم مساعد رئيس قسم ) و البالغ عددهم ( 353 ) تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 235 ) فردا من كافة المستويات الإدارية في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية في مدينة عمان.

و تم تحليل ( 192 ) إستبانة و ذلك بنسبة ( 681.7% )، و قد أعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات على الإستبانة التي تم تصميمها لهذه الغاية، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم إعتماد برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( 25.SPSS Ver ) لتحليل بيانات الدراسة.

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية الرأس المال المعرفي بأبعاده و رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الزبائني، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال العملياتي ) على الأسبقيات التنافسية بأبعادها الكلفة ( الأقل الجودة الوقت، المرونة ) في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية في مدينة عمان عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية .( α≤0.05) و في صدوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة زيادة إهتمام المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية في مدينة عمان برأس المال المعرفي لأهميته بطلق ميزة تنافسية و ضرورة التركيز على بناء رأس مال معرفي في المستشفيات المبحوثه كونه يعبر عن قيم هذه المستشفيات.

English Abstract

The study aimed to investigate and identify the Impact of Knowledge Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital, Customer Capital, Operational Capital) on Competitive Priorities (Low Cost, Quality, Time, and Flexibility) in Jordanian Private Hospitals in Amman city, The study population consisted of workers at the administrative levels (general manager, department manager, department head, assistant department head) and their number is (353).

where the study sample consisted of (235) individuals from all administrative levels in selected private hospitals in Amman city.

(192) questionnaires were analyzed by (81.7%).

The data were based on the questionnaire that was designed for this purpose.

To achieve the objectives of the study, an analytical descriptive method was used.

Where the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS, Ver.25) was used to analyze the study data.

The study has reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is the positive impact of knowledge capital in their dimensions (human capital, customer capital, structural capital, operational capital) on competitive Priorities in their dimensions (Low Cost, Quality, Time, Flexibility) in Jordanian private hospitals in Amman city.

At level of (α ≤ 0.05).

According to these results, the study made a number of recommendations including: increasing the interest of Jordanian private hospitals in Amman city with knowledge capital due to its importance in creating a competitive advantage and the necessity of focusing on building knowledge capital in the researched hospitals, as it reflects the values of these hospitals.
