هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـــ: (القصدية و أثرها في ضبط الدلالات التكليفية عند الأصوليين) عبارة عن دراسة لغوية شرعية معاصرة تبحث في أثر قصدية المتكلم في فهم و ضبط دلالات الكلام و معانيه و تختص بدراسة الخطاب التكليفي عند الأصوليين الوارد في صورة الأمر و النهي لما له من أهمية في حياة البشر إذ عليه مناط الأحكام و به يتبين الحلال من الحرام فتهدف إلى الكشف عن تأثير قصدية المتكلم و إرادته في الخطاب التكليفي و مدى فاعليتها في فهم و ضبط دلالات التكليف و تمييز الدلالات الحقيقية من مختلف الدلالات المجازية التي قد تخرج إليها صيغ التكليف كما تسعى إلى تبين مواقف و آراء الأصوليين حول فكرة القصدية في الخطابات التكليفية و الكشف عن مواضع الخلاف بينهم في المسألة.
