يهدف هذا العمل إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية في القطاع الخاص وذلك باستعمال نماذج البانل (Panel).
و تتكون العينة المدروسة من 94 مؤسسة خلال الفترة (2016-2018) و لبناء النموذج القياسي اعتبرنا مستوى المديونية متغير تابع وباقي المتغيرات المدروسة متغيرات مستقلة و لتقديره استعملنا برنامج (Stata-11).
وقد بينت النتائج أن أفضل نموذج لتفسير الظاهرة هو نموذج الآثار الثابتة وأن المتغير الأكثر تأثيرا في مستوى المديونية هو الضمانات و النظرية المالية التي فسرت لنا النتائج المتحصل عليها هي نظرية الترتيب السلمي.
Abstract EN
This paper aims to identify the factors affecting the financial structure of the Algerian industrial corporation in the private sector, using panel models.
The studied sample consists of 94 institutions during the period (2016-2018).
To build the standard model, we considered the debt level as a dependent variable and the rest of the studied variables as independent variables.
To estimate it, we used the (Stata-11) program.
The results showed that the best model for interpreting the phenomenon is the fixed effects model, and that the most influential variable in the level of indebtedness is the guarantees and financial theory that explained to us the results obtained is the pecking order theory
