Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of fiscal incentives and support and accompanying structures in promoting entrepreneurial projects in Algeria.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used; by describing and analyzing the reality of entrepreneurial projects in light of the application of fiscal incentives policy as well as creating specialized structures to support and accompany the owners of these projects.

This study reached that the number of the entrepreneurial projects is increased and registered also a creation of new jobs after the implementation of the fiscal incentives policy and the establishment of support structures by the state, but it is still not sufficient to achieve the desired economic take off, especially in light of the restrictions and obstacles imposed by the investment climate in Algeria on the activity of the entrepreneurial projects
