Abstract EN
This paper attempts to highlights that green economy doesn`t substitute sustainable development.
But rather, it is the new economic approach that the world have to follow in order to reach sustainable development goals.
Therefore, each country has to set up its appropriate strategy to join the global transition to green economy taking in consideration all the measures to avoid its risks.
The transition towards green economy requires the re-launching of growth for protecting the environment.
That through implementing good governance to support the institutional change.
Green economy attempts to create new economic and social opportunities not only through greening the existing economic activities but also through creating new green activities.
