Abstract EN

The issue of administrative responsibility for public hospitals is of great importance and deserves a lot of attention and research.In this paper, we address the subject of administrative responsibility of public hospitals on the basis of error.The administrative responsibility of this important facility results from the occurrence of medical errors that are made during examination, treatment,or during the conduct of surgeries,asthey may also occur during blood transfusions, which are personal (doctor) or facility (public hospital).

Thus, the research paper has been divided into two sections.

The first one has been devoted for giving a simplified concept about the public hospital facility, as well as the nature of its relationships by highlighting the doctorpatient relationship in the public hospital and the relationship between the doctor and the public hospital.

The second one has been devoted for addressing the administrative responsibility on the basis of error, as well as the importance of distinguishing between the personal error and the facilityone -service- in public hospitals,from one hand, and analyzing the causal relationship between medical error and its damage,from the other one.
