Violence is a behavioral phenomenon and an aggressive instinct that characterizes both animal and human being but varied according to many fields such as : social, political, economic, religious, cultural, scientific and practical life, and all related to social interaction and human behaviors.

Violence, which may increase or decrease, is mainly affected by the aggressor's personality.

In addition, The type of communication, the degree of clarity of tasks, the division of work according to specialization and efficiency, as well as the policy of material and moral motivation used within the public institution in general and in the university in particular are the major factors that may affect aggression.

So throughout this paper, the researcher intends to identify the phenomenon of violence in its general sense, and focuses on its forms or types, factors and reasons, and Reference to means of violence and methods with reference to the major solutions for the sake of limiting or decreasing this phenomenon and Creating an atmosphere where there is much integration and understanding so as to ensure a high level of job satisfaction and motivation.
