Abstract EN

In this article, we tackle the topic of teaching the reading skill at primary school in relation to competancy based approuch, the article aims at finding sollutions for learners, because *Reading* is as important as other skills when it comes to Arabic language teaching.*Reading* is a vital activity which opens learning horizons in front of learners, on one hand, and strengthen his selfconfidence on the other.

In this piece of work, we tried to link *Reading activity* with other learning desciplines, such as; written and oral expressions, grammar…etc.

What is the end of teaching*Reading skill* according to the CBA? , we wonder.

The answer to that questions lies in the fact that the competancy is the learner’s ability of making decisions during learning or/and when answering because he is responsible of his works through pedagogical compitancies which focuses most on learning individuality in addition to respecting its characteristics for each learner.

CBA books up for leading the learner to achieve the least (minor) acts which a given cometancy demands.
